Despite record levels of venture capital investment in recent years, less than 2% of venture capital flows to African American and Hispanic/Latino founders. In addition, women make up less than 15% of deals done. The following organizations recognize the need to change the tide and build bridges that connect historically underrepresented innovators to the financial resources needed to sustainably scale their idea and accelerate the national economy.
